Event Cancellation for The National Museum Publishing Seminar
• The National Museum Publishing Seminar reserves the right to cancel the NMPS conference due to low registration or other circumstances that would make the event non-viable.
• If NMPS cancels the event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
• In the case of a postponed event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the same event on the new date.
• In rare circumstances where an event is canceled due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen factors, NMPS may not be able to offer a refund.
Event Registration Cancellation by Registrant
• 60+ days before the event: Registrants can receive a full refund if they cancel in this timeframe.
• 31-60 days before the event: Registrants can receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• 0-30 days before the event: Cancellations within this period will not be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations must be submitted via email, and the request must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
• Refunds will not be issued to registrants who do not cancel their registration yet choose not to attend an event.
• All refund requests must be made by the original registrant or credit card holder by contacting:

• Refund requests must include the name of the registrant and/or transaction number.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, etc.).
Special Circumstances
• If an attendee is unable to attend due to medical emergencies or other personal circumstances, please contact us [
[email protected]], and we may be able to offer a refund or transfer at our discretion. Documentation may be required.
